These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ExperimentA ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
ExperimentA is a personal experimentation tool that allows you to design factorial experiments, enter response data, and view statistical analysis results. The App is intended for personal learning and exploration purposes only.
The App does not provide medical, health, nutritional, fitness, or any other form of professional advice. Analysis results are statistical computations based on the data you enter. They should not be used to make health decisions, diagnose conditions, or replace professional guidance. You use the App and interpret results at your own discretion and risk.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen, which will permanently remove your data.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
The App, its design, code, and content are the property of the developer. Your experiment data belongs to you. We claim no ownership over data you create within the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis results will be suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to decisions made based on analysis results.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date at the top when changes are made.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
